Justice for Orphans (JFO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for children in crisis by mobilizing communities, churches and resources to address their needs in the Capital District and Hudson Valley. Through three main initiatives, CarePortal, the Adoption & Foster Care Journey, and ReFurnishings Furniture Thrift Store, JFO provides sustainable solutions that support both families and local businesses.

JFO's CarePortal connects family and child-serving agencies with community members, churches, and businesses to fulfill their tangible needs. The Adoption & Foster Care Journey equips foster, adoptive and kinship caregivers with hope, resources and connection. ReFurnishings in Ravena provides gently used furniture at a low cost to the public, but also supplies CarePortal with free furniture to meet urgent needs in the community.
