Sunday Sound Bath

Description

Join us on Sundays for a harmonic journey into sound meditation. Relax your mind, body and spirit with the alluring sounds of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and an ethereal crystal harp. 

PLEASE READ: The following bookings are for GROUP Sound Baths. There may be up to four (4) people in attendance during any given session. If you would like to schedule a private group or 1-on-1 session, please email me at: info.divineflowboutiquellc@gmail.com. Please register in advance. 

DURATION: 45 Minutes 

PLACE: Divine Flow Boutique 2355 Route 145, East Durham NY, 12423 1st Floor 

****Please arrive at least ten (10) minutes early to get yourself situated. We kindly ask that you are on-time. Session will not start until everyone has arrived, however will end at the designated time**** 

What To Expect: A short, guided meditation followed by a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Koshi Chimes and a crystal harp. 

Our Studio: Our Sound Bath Studio is already setup with memory foam mats, blankets and pillows. If you would like to bring anything extra, please feel free to do so.
