Join The Community Hospice Foundation for an unforgettable evening that benefits hospice care in both Greene and Columbia Counties. The event will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 10, at The Wire Event Center (60 S River St, Bldg 2, Coxsackie, NY) 

The Community Hospice Foundation provides hospice care, complementary therapies and bereavement support to patients and their families.
