Join us for our Community Health Fair from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. on Friday, September 19. The fair will feature an array of information tables, screenings, provider presentations and Q&A, and more. Healthy snacks and beverages will be available along with opportunities to win raffle prizes and giveaways. The Community Health Fair is free and open to the public.
