Bridge Street Theatre, CREATE Council on the Arts are pleased to present a series of informal artist-centered meetups—presents gatherings for performing artists to meet and collaborate on the creative process. These meetups are designed to support sharing work, exchanging ideas, and building connections.

Whether you are preparing for an audition or a show, you haven’t performed in a while, or maybe it’s your first time–come perform on a stage under the spotlight!

Active Audience invites participants to share works-in-progress in a supportive, feedback-driven setting. Pieces do not need to be original—just something you’d like input on. Five performer slots are available, each with up to four minutes of stage time, followed by a brief Q&A and audience feedback. We can’t wait to experience and chat about what you’ve been working on + rehearsing!
