Rose Miller is a respected Capital Region business leader, HR strategist, speaker, and columnist whose career has centered on helping organizations build stronger, smarter workplaces. As founder of Pinnacle Human Resources, a certified women-owned business, she spent more than 25 years advising companies of all sizes on talent, leadership, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy. Rose currently writes a monthly workplace column for the Albany Times Union, hosts the podcast The Thorn in Rose’s Side, and is preparing to launch her next venture. Known for her practical insight and engaging style, Rose brings a wealth of real-world experience to conversations about leadership, growth, and business success.
