🎄 Windham’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting & Parade of Lights 🎅 Saturday, December 6th • 5–7 PM • Downtown Windham Join us for an evening filled with holiday cheer as we kick off the season with our Parade of Lights — hosted by the Windham Hose Company — followed by our Tree Lighting Ceremony and Holiday Celebration at the Centre Church. 🚒 Parade of Lights: Starts at 5:00 PM on Mitchell Hollow Road, traveling west along Main Street (Route 23) and ending at the Windham-Ashland-Jewett School. If you’d like to enter a decorated car, truck, trailer, or float — all are welcome! 🎁 👉 Email windhamfire@yahoo.com to register your entry. 🎅 Santa’s Arrival & Tree Lighting: Santa will make his grand entrance around 5:30 PM, joining us to light the town tree at the Centre Church before greeting children inside with free crafts, small gifts, and balloon twisting! 🎶 Music & Merriment: Enjoy holiday carols sung by the WAJ Chorus and festive tunes spun by our event DJ while the lights twinkle and cocoa steams. ☕ Free Treats: Hot chocolate, hot dogs, brownies, and popcorn will be served courtesy of the Windham Hose Co., PBA, and Hensonville Hose Co. (Free-will donations gladly accepted.) Toys for Tots- Bring an unwrapped toy for Windham Public Library collection box.
